Due a slight accident my USB Memory Stick has become a little bit broken (the pointy out bit you stick in the port has partly broken away from the main body).

This means I can't access aload of stuff that I had stored on it and don't have copies or only have previous drafts of.

Does anyone know of a company that can retrieve the files off the device?

Any help and advice appreciated.

Weekend before last finally picked up the new car. Relieved that the old car actually made it to Wales for me to trade in.

Saw Wall-E too. Cool.

Last Saturday went to see The Dark Knight. Really liked lots of elements but found it too long.

Last Sunday met up with a friend I haven't seen for awhile and went to the Doctor Who Prom. It was really quite cool. We were standing in the middle of the Albert Hall and had to spend half the time stepping out of the way of passing aliens :) Music was pretty good as well.

Have spent most of the time melting in the heat. Heat doesn't agree with me and apparently causes me to throw up (but then again, what doesn't)

Today went to a recording of the Now Show. Funny and highly entertaining. Have tickets for next weeks recording as well.

With job now sorted, I've been able to sort out a couple of other things that have needed sorting but couldn't until I had a long term employment prospects.

Namely:

1. Have a brand spanking new car on order. Same as my current one, but in blue, has air conditioning and will let me plug an mp3 player into it.

2. Booked holiday in New York for September. Mmmmm relaxation.

Contract is up in 3 weeks time and all the deadlines for the jobs that I currently want to apply for are (at minimum) for two weeks time.

Therefore, it looks like I may be spending a little time "resting".

At least I can get some more writing done.

And Indy 4 is out in 41 days and 4 hrs time :)
